At this time, all sales through the Apogee website are exchange only. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. 

Apogee products are represented through both photographs and descriptions as truthfully as possible. We use genuine leather, and each hide is unique, creating small variations from item to item. Minor differences in the surface of both leather and waxed canvas are common and add character!

Quality of material and craftsmanship are guaranteed. Quite rarely is a product found to be defective; in such a case, the piece will be replaced as soon as possible and the return shipping charges will be refunded. 

Please note that Apogee does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of goods during shipping. International duties and taxes cannot be refunded.
